A plurality of anti-slip strips are arranged on the springboard body in the length direction, and a plurality of arc-shaped base plates are arranged on the back face in the length direction. 本发明涉及一种船用夹芯结构跳板及其方法,该跳板包括夹芯层、H型材、槽型材,所述槽型材组成槽型框架,所述槽型框架两端之间连接有H型材,所述槽型框架内固定连接多块连续的夹芯层组成跳板主体,跳板主体上面沿长度方向设置多个防滑条,背面沿长度方向设有多个弧形垫板。该跳板在达到相同受力载荷变形的条件下相对仅夹芯层材质的跳板或仅金属跳板整体重量大幅降低,利于人员搬运搭载;夹芯结构跳板四周设置的槽型材和中间设置的H型材有效约束跳板夹芯层形变和尺寸稳定性,提供连续强受力结构,跳板具有更好的使用稳定性和可靠性;本发明给出一种基于挠度变形的跳板重量控制方法,在满足规范挠度时降低重量、控制材料成本。
