The invention discloses a wind shield structure for an ultra-large container ship bow and an installation method thereof.The wind shield structure is installed on a bow main deck and comprises a top face structure and a curved-surface shell, the curved-surface shell is in a curved-surface shape which is low in the middle and high in two faces and bends outwards, and the left face and the right face of the curved-surface shell are symmetrical; framework structures of various forms are arranged on the inner surface of the curved-surface shell, the top surface structure is installed on the top of the curved-surface shell along a circle, the height of the highest point of the curved-surface shell is smaller than the height of a full-load heap box in the most front row of a ship, and a plurality of holes for mooring operation are formed in the position, close to a main deck, of the curved-surface shell along a circle. The framework structure comprises horizontal trusses and vertical trusses which are arranged in a staggered mode, the horizontal trusses are transversely arranged, and the vertical trusses are longitudinally arranged. According to the wind shield structure, the wind resistance of the ultra-large container ship can be effectively reduced, the energy-saving effect of the ship is further achieved from the angle except the water fluid resistance, and the wind shield structure has very high practical value.
本发明公开了一种用于超大型集装箱船艏部的挡风罩结构及其安装方法,该挡风罩结构安装于艏部主甲板上,包括顶面结构、曲面外壳,所述曲面外壳为中间低两面高且向外弯曲的曲面形状,其左右两面对称,所述曲面外壳的内表面设置有多种形态的骨架结构,所述顶面结构沿一圈安装于曲面外壳的顶部,所述曲面外壳的最高点的高度小于船舶最前排满载堆箱高度的下方,所述曲面外壳靠近主甲板的位置沿一圈设置有若干系泊操作用开孔,所述骨架结构包括交错设置的水平桁、垂向桁,所述水平桁横向布置,所述垂向桁纵向布置。本发明的挡风罩结构能有效降低超大型集装箱船的风阻,从水流体阻力之外的角度进一步起到船舶节能的作用,具有非常大的实用价值。
