The invention provides an arrangement structure and an installation method of a calibration beam of a cable laying workboat. The arrangement structure structurally comprises a calibration beam assembly and two groove holes. The slotted holes are formed in the moon pool wave absorbing plates on the two sides of the interior of the moon pool respectively, and the positions of the two slotted holes are correspondingly in a big-end-down pear shape. The calibration beam assembly comprises a calibration beam, a calibration lifting lug, two steel castings and two hoisting lifting lugs; the calibration lifting lug is connected and partially inserted into the middle part of the calibration beam; the steel castings are connected in a cylindrical mode and are partially inserted into the two ends of the calibration beam. The two ends of the calibration beam are each provided with a hoisting lifting lug. And the steel castings are respectively inserted into the slotted holes. According to the arrangement structure and the installation method of the calibration beam of the cable laying workboat, the defect that the calibration beam cannot be fixed along with the two ends of the boat can be overcome, and the usable area of any operation deck is not occupied; the flexible detachable installation mode enables calibration beams of different specifications to be exchanged at any time, and installation is easy, operation is flexible, and safety, reliability, economy and high efficiency are achieved.

    本发明提供一种铺缆作业船校准梁的布置结构及安装方法,其结构包括一校准梁组件和两槽孔;槽孔分别形成于一月池内部两侧的月池消波板,两槽孔的位置对应呈上小下大的梨形;校准梁组件包括一校准梁、一校准吊耳、两铸钢件和两吊运吊耳;校准吊耳连接并部分插入校准梁的中部;铸钢件呈圆柱形连接并部分插入校准梁的两端;校准梁的两端分别安装有一吊运吊耳;铸钢件分别插设于槽孔内。本发明的一种铺缆作业船校准梁的布置结构及安装方法,既可以解决校准梁随船两端无法固定的弊端,又不占用任何作业甲板使用面积;灵活的可拆式安装方式可以随时调换不同规格校准梁,并且安装简单,操作灵活,安全可靠,经济高效。
