The elevator car winding machine and the counterweight winding machine are arranged at the lower end of the elevator car and the lower end of the counterweight respectively, and the two ends of the compensation chain are wound on the elevator car winding machine and the counterweight winding machine respectively. And the weight of one side of the lift car can be kept balanced with the weight of one side of the counterweight, so that the problems of slipping of the steel wire rope and the like caused by too large difference between the weight of one side of the lift car and the weight of one side of the counterweight are solved, and the running safety of an elevator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种双绕式电梯平衡补偿系统,属于电梯系统技术领域。该系统包括设置于机房内的曳引机、导向轮以及设置于井道内的轿厢、对重及补偿链,曳引机上设置有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端绕过导向轮并通过对重反绳轮与对重连接,钢丝绳另一端通过轿厢反绳轮与轿厢连接,轿厢内部设置有轿底称重装置,所述轿厢与对重下端分别设置有轿厢卷绕机及对重卷绕机,补偿链两端分别缠绕在轿厢卷绕机及对重卷绕机上,本发明通过设计卷绕机,能够及时改变轿厢及对重下方补偿链的重量,使轿厢内上下乘客结束后,轿厢一侧的重量都能与对重一侧保持平衡,避免了由于轿厢一侧重量与对重一侧重量差距太大引起的钢丝绳打滑等问题,提高了电梯运行的安全性。
