The invention discloses an expressway toll station lane configuration method considering short-time traffic flow, which considers toll station operation cost and toll station delay cost according to a traffic flow prediction result of a two-way circulation long-short-term memory neural network, takes the sum of the toll station operation cost and the toll station delay cost as a target, and enables the service intensity of each toll lane to be reasonable. By establishing a model of a total cost objective function, a lane configuration scheme of an optimal solution is calculated in advance, so that the lane configuration of the number of opened ETC lanes and the number of opened ETC/MTC mixed lanes of the toll station adapts to traffic flow, the operation cost of the toll station is reduced to a certain extent, and the traffic flow of the toll station is reduced to a certain extent. And the number of corresponding open lanes can be adjusted according to the predicted traffic flow of each vehicle type. According to the invention, the obtained lane configuration scheme is more accurate according to the short-time traffic flow data, and the optimal effect of vehicle passing is achieved on the basis of reducing the total cost of the toll station.

    本发明公开了一种考虑短时车流量的高速公路收费站车道配置方法,根据双向循环长短时记忆神经网络对交通流量预测的结果,考虑收费站运营成本及收费站延误成本,以二者之和最小为目标,并且使得每条收费车道的服务强度合理,通过建立总成本目标函数的模型,提前计算得出最优解的车道配置方案,使得收费站开启ETC车道数量、开启ETC/MTC混合车道数量的车道配置与交通流量相适应,一定程度上降低了收费站的运营成本,在高峰期,也能根据预测的各车型的交通流量调整相应开放的车道数量。本发明根据短时交通流量数据,得到的车道配置方案更加准确,在降低收费站总成本的基础上,达到车辆通行的最佳效果。
