The variable-diameter pre-tightening driving mechanisms are fixedly connected with the end of the first connecting base, the end, provided with the claw-shaped structure, of the second connecting base is fixedly connected with the variable-diameter pre-tightening driving mechanism on one side of the first connecting base, and a sleeve assembly is installed at the other end of the second connecting base; the variable-diameter pre-tightening driving mechanism abuts against the inner wall of a fixed-stage sleeve of the sleeve assembly. The follow-up variable-diameter inner drive unfolding device is simple in structure, and obvious technical obstacles cannot occur in the aspects of design, manufacturing, assembly, use and the like due to increase of the extension length of the sleeve; the driving mechanism is embedded in the sleeve, so that the integration level is high, the use is convenient, the expandability is good, and the length of a single-stage sleeve is not limited, and therefore, the total extension length of the sleeve is also not limited; a guide mechanism is not needed, the reliability is high, the sleeve diameter difference is small, and the unfolding-folding ratio is large.
