A winch lifting system comprises a supporting frame (10), a lifting assembly (20) and a lifting appliance (30). The lifting assembly comprises a winding drum (21) and a transmission assembly (22). The winding drum is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame. The transmission assembly comprises a cable (23), a traction piece (24) and a suspension assembly (25). The two ends of the cable are fixed to the winding drum and can rotate along with the winding drum to be wound around the winding drum. The traction piece is connected with the supporting frame, and the part, not wound around the winding drum, of the cable is connected to the traction piece. The parts, not wound around the winding drum, of the cable located on the two sides of the traction piece are connected with the suspension assembly. The lifting appliance is connected with the suspension assembly. According to the winch lifting system, the suspension assembly is adopted to be connected with the cable, the cable is in a tensioned state all the time by means of the weight of the suspension assembly, and the cable can be effectively prevented from disengaging from a groove and being wound.
