The invention discloses a four-wheel steering suspension structure applying an air suspension. The four-wheel steering suspension structure comprises a front suspension unit and a rear suspension unit. The front suspension unit comprises upper swing arms which are provided with fork arms and arranged on the upper portions of front longitudinal beams on the left side and the right side of the front portion of the vehicle respectively, lower swing arms which are provided with fork arms and arranged on the lower portions of the front longitudinal beams on the left side and the right side of the front portion of the vehicle respectively, and air bag dampers arranged on the outer sides of the front longitudinal beams on the left side and the right side of the front portion of the vehicle respectively. The two front end portions of a fork arm of the upper swing arm are connected to the upper portion of the front longitudinal beam respectively, and the upper end portion of the air bag damper is installed on the upper portion of the front longitudinal beam and located on the front side of the fork arm of the upper swing arm. The two front end portions of a fork arm of the lower swing arm are connected to the lower portion of the front longitudinal beam respectively, and the lower end portion of the air bag shock absorber penetrates through the lower swing arm and is installed on a bottom face installation base of the lower swing arm.
