The invention provides a low-temperature starting method of a battery, which comprises the following steps: determining the starting type of a fuel cell according to the current electric quantity and the cooling liquid temperature, if the starting type is a cold starting mode, starting the fuel cell, determining the output power of the fuel cell, and determining the actual power of an electric heater according to the output power and the required power of the electric heater. The electric heater is controlled to heat the cooling liquid according to the actual power, the temperature of the cooling liquid is monitored in real time, and when the temperature of the cooling liquid reaches a preset temperature threshold value, starting of the fuel cell is completed, and power supply to the electric heater is stopped. The problem that the power battery is overcharged under the low-temperature condition is avoided, heating of the cooling liquid and the power battery is achieved, the charging power of the power battery is improved, charging of the power battery is achieved, and the service life of the power battery is prolonged. The problem that the vehicle cannot be powered on when the fuel cell reaches the cold start condition and the charging power of the power cell is smaller than the output power of the fuel cell is solved.

    本申请提供一种电池的低温启动方法,根据当前电量和冷却液温度确定燃料电池的启动类型,若启动类型为冷启动模式,启动燃料电池,并确定燃料电池的输出功率,根据输出功率和电加热器的需求功率确定电加热器的实际功率,控制电加热器根据实际功率对冷却液进行加热,并实时监测冷却液温度,当冷却液温度达到预设的温度阈值,燃料电池启动完成,停止向电加热器供电,通过利用电加热器消耗燃料电池的输出功率,避免了低温条件下动力电池过度充电的问题,还实现了对冷却液和动力电池的加热,提升动力电池的充电功率,实现对动力电池的充电,解决了燃料电池达到冷启动条件并且动力电池充电功率小于燃料电池输出功率时车辆无法进行上电的问题。
