The invention relates to a steering device driven by a double-stator permanent magnet motor, which is characterized in that the coaxial double-stator permanent magnet motor provides power for the steering device, and double stators adopt a series structure and share one motor rotating shaft; a single-stator working mode or a double-stator working mode of the permanent magnet motor is realized through the double-stator permanent magnet motor controller and the two drivers; a spline shaft at the output end of the double-stator permanent magnet motor is inserted into an input spline shaft sleeve of the planetary gear speed reducer, and the steering torque on the spline shaft is amplified through the speed reducer and is transmitted to the pinion through the speed reducer; and a fan-shaped gear ring meshed with the pinion is fixed on the tiller through a transmission pin to drive the tiller to rotate, so that a rudder blade on the tiller is driven to rotate. By means of the double-stator integrated design, redundant backup is achieved, and the reliability and endurance of a steering system are remarkably improved; an electric direct-drive steering mode is adopted, the power conversion rate is increased, torque amplification is achieved through the speed reducer and the gear transmission mechanism, and the applicability of the electric steering engine on a large ship is enhanced.

    本发明涉及一种采用双定子永磁电机驱动的转舵装置,共轴式的双定子永磁电机提供转舵装置的动力,双定子采用串联结构,共用一个电机转轴;通过双定子永磁电机控制器和两个驱动器,实现永磁电机单定子工作模式或双定子工作模式;双定子永磁电机输出端的花键轴插入行星齿轮减速器的输入花键轴套中,通过减速器放大花键轴上的转舵扭矩,该转舵扭矩由减速器传递至小齿轮;与小齿轮啮合的扇形齿圈通过传动销固定在舵柄上,带动舵柄转动,从而带动舵柄上舵叶转动。利用双定子一体化设计,实现冗余备份,显著提高操舵系统的可靠性与续航力;采取电动直驱式操舵方式,提升功率转换率,通过减速器和齿轮传动机构实现力矩放大,增强电动舵机大型舰船的适用性。
