The invention discloses a lifting device with automatic butt joint and separation functions, which is a lifting mechanical device for realizing the automatic butt joint and automatic separation functions by adopting a sensor and a controller and utilizing gravity and electromagnetic force through structural and mechanical design. The main structure of the lifting device comprises a lifting motor, a controller, a cylindrical telescopic hanging lock, a bottom electromagnetic hemisphere and a cylindrical butt joint groove. Automatic butt joint and separation of the lifting device can be achieved, the manual control cost is reduced, and the lifting device is particularly suitable for lifting heavy objects at fixed positions, such as heavy object lifting of a gravity energy storage system and container lifting of a port. Meanwhile, different from the shape of a traditional lifting hook, the device adopts the design of the cylindrical lifting lock and the butt joint groove, the lock catch is embedded into the lifting lock and the butt joint groove when locked, butt joint is firm and firm, and the device is particularly suitable for lifting heavy objects with large mass.

    本发明公开了具备自动对接脱离功能的起吊装置,是一种通过结构、机械设计,采用传感器与控制器,利用重力、电磁力实现自动对接与自动脱离功能的起吊机械装置。其主要结构包括:起重电机、控制器、圆柱形可伸缩吊锁、底部电磁半球、圆柱形对接槽。本发明可实现起吊装置自动对接和脱离,减少人工操控成本,特别适用于固定位置的重物起吊,例如重力储能系统的重物起吊和港口的集装箱起吊。同时,不同于传统吊钩形状,装置采取圆柱形吊锁和对接槽设计,锁扣锁定时内嵌于吊锁与对接槽内部,对接坚实牢固,特别适用于大质量重物起吊。
