The invention discloses a method for locking traffic flow based on entrance and exit directions and a traffic signal control device. The method comprises the steps that a locking command is acquired, and the locking command comprises the entrance direction and the exit direction of a traffic flow and a designated intersection where the traffic flow is located; determining the flow direction of the traffic flow according to the inlet direction and the outlet direction; and determining a lane matched with the flow direction of the traffic flow from the lanes at the specified intersection, and controlling the lamp state of a signal lamp of the matched lane to lock the traffic flow. Therefore, a traffic flow locking command issued by a traffic guidance department can be quickly responded, and the traffic control efficiency and the traffic passing efficiency are improved.

    本申请公开基于进出口方向锁定交通流的方法及交通信号控制装置。该方法,包括:获取锁定命令,所述锁定命令包括交通流的进口方向、出口方向、交通流所在的指定路口;根据所述进口方向、出口方向确定交通流的流向;从所述指定路口处的各车道中确定与所述交通流的流向匹配的车道,控制所述匹配的车道的信号灯的灯态,以锁定所述交通流。如此,可以快速响应交通指挥部门下发的锁定交通流命令,提高交通控制的效率及交通通行效率。
