The invention discloses a secondary locking mechanism, a locking assembly, a quick-change support device and an electric automobile, the secondary locking mechanism is arranged on the electric automobile and used for being matched with a lock shaft on a battery pack so as to connect the battery pack to the electric automobile, the secondary locking mechanism comprises a lock base, the lock base is provided with an opening and a lock groove extending from the opening, and the lock shaft is arranged on the lock base; the opening is used for allowing a lock shaft mounted on the battery pack to enter the lock groove; the spring bolt is rotatably connected to the lock base and changes between a locking state and an unlocking state relative to the lock base; the top end of the spring bolt is rotatably connected to the lock connecting rod; in the locking state, the spring bolt extends into the lock groove and is used for preventing the lock shaft from being separated from the lock groove, and a gap is formed between the spring bolt and the lock shaft. A secondary locking or locking protection function is provided for the battery pack through the secondary locking mechanism, so that the battery pack is prevented from falling off, and the safety is improved. A gap is formed between the spring bolt and the lock shaft and does not make contact with the spring bolt, and the stability and reliability of the secondary locking mechanism are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种二次锁止机构、锁止组件、快换支架装置和电动汽车,二次锁止机构设置在电动汽车上,并用于与电池包上的锁轴相配合以将电池包连接于电动汽车上,二次锁止机构包括:锁基座,锁基座具有开口以及自开口延伸的锁槽,开口用于供安装于电池包的锁轴进入锁槽;锁舌,锁舌可转动地连接于锁基座,并相对于锁基座在锁止状态和解锁状态之间变化;锁连杆,锁舌的顶端可转动地连接于锁连杆;在锁止状态时,锁舌伸入至锁槽内并用于阻挡锁轴脱离出锁槽,且锁舌与锁轴之间具有间隙。通过二次锁止机构为电池包提供二次锁止或锁止保护功能,防止电池包掉落,提高安全性。锁舌与锁轴之间具有间隙而不接触,保证了二次锁止机构的稳定可靠性。
