The invention discloses a container omni-directional carrying and moving device and a carrying method. The container omni-directional carrying and moving device comprises a frame and four steering wheel assemblies distributed at the bottom of the frame in a rectangular mode. The steering wheel assembly comprises a supporting rotating part and two wheel parts, the supporting rotating part is used for enabling the two wheel parts to rotate around a vertical rotating axis relative to the frame, and each wheel part comprises a wheel body and a driving unit for driving the wheel body to rotate. The two driving units in the steering wheel assemblies drive the two wheel bodies to rotate reversely, so that the two wheel parts rotate around the vertical rotation axis relative to the frame, the orientation of each steering wheel assembly is changed, the driving units drive the wheel bodies to rotate in the same direction, and the steering wheel assemblies are driven to rotate in the same direction. Front-back movement, left-right movement, left-inclined movement, right-inclined movement and clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the carrying and moving device are achieved, the defects that an existing container carrying vehicle is complex in structure, long in transmission chain and low in efficiency are overcome, and meanwhile the defects that an existing port carrying robot is high in chassis and low in bearing capacity are overcome.
本发明公开了一种集装箱全向搬运移动装置及搬运方法,包括车架、矩形分布于车架底部的四个舵轮组件;舵轮组件包括支撑旋转部件、两个轮部件,支撑旋转部件用于使两个轮部件相对车架绕竖向的旋转轴线转动设置,轮部件包括轮体、驱动轮体自转的驱动单元。通过舵轮组件中的两个驱动单元来分别带动两个轮体反向转动,以使得两个轮部件相对车架绕竖直的旋转轴线旋转,从而改变每个舵轮组件朝向,驱动单元驱动轮体同向转动,实现了搬运移动装置前后移动、左右移动、左斜移动、右斜移动、顺时针和逆时针旋转,解决了现有集装箱搬运车结构复杂、传动链长、效率低的缺陷,同时解决了现有港口搬运机器人底盘高,承载能力低的缺陷。
