The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle battery compartment and an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the battery compartment comprises a compartment body which is configured to enable a battery to be detachably accommodated in the compartment body; one end of the connecting piece is connected to the cabin body, the other end of the connecting piece is used for being connected with the battery, the connecting piece is configured to be capable of suspending the battery after the battery is separated from the cabin body, and the connecting piece is detachably connected with at least one of the cabin body and the battery. After the battery is separated from the cabin body, the battery can be suspended through the connecting piece, damage to people or objects caused by direct throwing is avoided, and the problems of fire disasters or environmental pollution and the like caused by burning batteries are avoided. The battery can be controlled to be separated from the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle at a safe preset position, and the weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced by releasing the battery, so that the dynamic property of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved; the opportunity for releasing the battery can be selected, so that people or objects are prevented from being injured after the battery falls, or hidden dangers such as fire and environmental pollution are avoided.
