The invention discloses a high-voltage electrically-driven active discharging system and a control method. The high-voltage electrically-driven active discharging system comprises a power battery, a vehicle control unit, a motor driver and a motor. The motor driver comprises a control module, a main circuit module controlled by the control module, a motor driver module temperature detection element and a three-phase current detection element. The control module is used for receiving an instruction of a vehicle control unit, controlling the main circuit module to switch on and switch off a direct-current high-voltage power supply, receiving feedback signals of the detection elements, and adjusting the amplitude and phase of output current of the motor driver through the main circuit module after calculation processing; the power battery is connected with the motor through the main circuit module and provides direct-current high-voltage power input. A motor stator three-phase winding and a motor temperature detection element are arranged in the motor. According to the invention, an active discharge loop and a driving loop are integrated, an additional active discharge device is not needed, the system cost can be reduced, the system is not limited by the reliability of an external discharge device, and the service life of the system is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种高压电驱主动放电系统及控制方法,包括动力电池、整车控制器、电机驱动器和电机;所述电机驱动器包括控制模块及其控制的主电路模块,以及电机驱动器模块温度检测元件和三相电流检测元件;所述控制模块用于接收整车控制器的指令,控制主电路模块进行直流高压电源的通断,并接收各检测元件的反馈信号,计算处理后,通过主电路模块调节电机驱动器输出电流的幅值和相位;所述动力电池通过主电路模块连接电机,提供直流高压电源输入;所述电机内设有电机定子三相绕组,以及电机温度检测元件。本发明将主动放电回路与驱动回路合一,不需要额外的增加主动放电装置,可降低系统成本,不受放外设装置可靠性限制,延长系统使用寿命。
