The invention provides a ship water tank anti-freezing system and a water tank anti-freezing method. A first ballast header pipe between a first isolating valve and a ballast tank system is connected with a cooling sea water pump through a second pipeline and a third pipeline, the third pipeline is connected with an outboard drainage pipeline through a fourth pipeline, and the second pipeline is connected with the fourth pipeline through a fifth pipeline; and first, second, third, fourth and fifth control valves are respectively arranged on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth pipelines. A second ballast tank branch pipe is further connected between each ballast tank and the corresponding ballast header pipe, a second branch pipe valve is arranged on each second ballast tank branch pipe, and a plurality of second isolating valves located between the first branch pipe valve and the second branch pipe valve of each ballast tank are arranged on each ballast header pipe. Heat discharged to the sea by an existing cooling seawater system on a ship is utilized, heating and circulating disturbance flowing of water in the water tank are achieved, and icing of the ballast tank is avoided.
本发明提供了一种船舶水舱防冻系统以及水舱防冻方法,第一隔离阀、压载舱系统之间的第一压载总管分别通过第二、第三管路与冷却海水泵相连,且第三管路通过第四管路与舷外排水管路相连,且第二管路通过第五管路和第四管路相连,第一、第二、第三、第四、第五管路上分别设有第一、第二、第三、第四、第五控制阀。各压载舱与各自的压载总管之间还连接有第二压载舱支管,在第二压载舱支管上设有第二支管阀,在各压载总管上设有若干分别位于各压载舱的第一、第二支管阀之间的第二隔离阀。本发明利用船上已有的冷却海水系统排放至大海的热量,实现对于水舱内水的加热和循环扰动流动,避免压载舱结冰。
