The invention relates to a general aviation aircraft cockpit instrument panel light shield integrated with a windshield air outlet, which belongs to the technical field of aircraft environment control systems and comprises a light shield extending from the front end of the upper edge of an instrument panel to a windshield area in a smooth transition manner. The connecting piece penetrates through the light shield body and the upper edge of the instrument board to achieve connection of the light shield body and the instrument board, the front portion of the light shield body is of the hollow structure, the lower edge of the hollow structure is provided with the pipeline connector connected with an air conditioner, and the upper edge of the hollow structure is divided into four paths which respectively lead to the area, close to a windshield, of the light shield. According to the structure, a traditional light shield and an air outlet of the air conditioner windshield are integrated, the structure is simplified, the size is reduced, the weight is reduced, the installation procedure is simplified, and compared with the situation that the light shield made of pure rubber is not enough in rigidity and prone to deformation, the metal light shield can meet the rigidity requirement, and meanwhile, the metal light shield is convenient to install. The light shield can also prevent a pilot from being hurt easily in a cockpit, and the requirement for flexibility is met.

    本发明的一种集成有风挡出风口的通航飞机驾驶舱仪表板遮光罩,属于飞机环控系统技术领域,包括有自仪表板上缘前端向风挡区域平滑过渡延伸的遮光罩,本发明通过连接件穿过所述遮光罩体和仪表板上缘实现遮光罩体与仪表板的连接,遮光罩体的前方为中空结构,中空结构的下边缘处设置有与空调相连接的管路接口,上边缘分为四路,分别通向遮光罩靠近风挡的区域,该结构将传统的遮光罩与空调风挡出风口集成,简化了结构,缩小了体积,减轻了重量,并简化了安装工序,采用纯橡胶的遮光罩,刚度不够容易变形的情况相比较,本发明技术方案金属遮光罩能够满足刚度要求,同时,此种遮光罩也能避免由于在驾驶舱容易对领航员造成伤害,满足柔性要求。
