Wherein the N-stage energy absorption structure is formed by assembling a plurality of (N-1)-stage energy absorption structures in a face-to-face contact mode and nesting a composite material shell outside the (N-1)-stage energy absorption structures, and the (N-1)-stage energy absorption structure is formed by assembling a plurality of (N-2)-stage energy absorption structures in a face-to-face contact mode and nesting a composite material shell outside the (N-2)-stage energy absorption structures. And the steps are cyclically and repeatedly nested in sequence until the first-stage energy absorption structure is assembled by a plurality of zero-stage energy absorption structures in a surface-to-surface contact manner, and a composite material shell is nested outside the first-stage energy absorption structure.     本发明涉及一种新型多层级复合材料缓冲吸能装置,该缓冲吸能装置由多个N级吸能结构面面接触装配并在其外部嵌套复合材料壳构成,吸能结构的级数N大于等于3,其中N级吸能结构由多个N‑1级吸能结构面面接触装配并在其外部嵌套复合材料壳而成,N‑1级吸能结构由多个N‑2级吸能结构面面接触装配并在其外部嵌套复合材料壳而成,如此循环重复依次嵌套直至1级吸能结构由多个0级吸能结构面面接触装配并在其外部嵌套复合材料壳。本发明涉及的装置具有变形协调性与引导性强、比吸能大、抗冲击性能好、生产工序简单、生产成本低、重量轻,以及设计方案灵活等特点。
