According to the charging device and the hangar provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flexible charging requirement can be met, and a large amount of manpower resources and cost are not consumed; the charging can be realized only by selecting the to-be-charged equipment with the electrode plates, so that the installation of a heavier electric energy receiving coil in the to-be-charged equipment is avoided, and the endurance time of the to-be-charged equipment is prolonged; and a complex and precise charging butt joint guiding and adjusting mechanism does not need to be installed, and the structure is simple.
