The invention provides a rear speed change flywheel gear recognition system and method of an electric bicycle, and belongs to the technical field of electric bicycles, the system is composed of a torque sensor, a flywheel speed sensor and a micro-control unit, the torque sensor is used for sensing chain tension to obtain a torque signal, and then a first oscillogram is obtained based on the torque signal; the flywheel speed sensor is arranged at a rear wheel and used for sensing the flywheel speed to obtain a speed signal and then obtaining a second oscillogram based on the speed signal; the micro-control unit is electrically connected with the torque sensor and the flywheel speed sensor or is in wireless signal connection with the torque sensor and the flywheel speed sensor, and is used for receiving the first oscillogram and the second oscillogram. According to the invention, the current speed change gear can be identified during stepping assistance, different speed change gears correspond to flywheel sheets with different diameters, and then motor control compensation is carried out according to output torque signals of the flywheel sheets with different diameters, so that more precise intelligent control can be realized, and more comfortable riding feeling of people can be met.

    本发明提供一种电动自行车的后变速飞轮档位识别系统及其方法,属于电动自行车技术领域,该系统其由力矩传感器、飞轮速度传感器以及微控单元构成,力矩传感器用于感应链条拉力以获取扭矩信号,继而基于扭矩信号获取第一波形图;飞轮速度传感器设于后轮处,其用于感应飞轮速度以获取速度信号,继而基于速度信号获取第二波形图;微控单元与力矩传感器以及飞轮速度传感器电连接或者无线信号连接,其用于接收第一波形图以及第二波形图。本发明可在助踩时识别当前变速档位,不同变速档位对应不同直径的飞轮片,再针对不同直径飞轮片的输出扭矩信号进行电机控制补偿,如此便可以实现更加精细地智能化控制,继而满足人们更加舒适的骑行感受。
