The invention provides a suspension system for cylinder deactivation of power assembly cylinders, the suspension system comprises suspension units matched with the cylinders in number, an electronic control unit and an air supply unit connected with the multiple suspension units respectively, the air supply unit punches the suspension units, and the rigidity of the suspension units is changed according to different punching amounts. The operation condition of the air cylinder is judged through the electronic control unit, and cylinder deactivation information of the air cylinder is obtained; determining a main excitation order of the power assembly according to different cylinder deactivation information; according to different excitation orders, a control method for avoiding excitation frequency and reducing resonance phenomena of a vibration isolation strategy is determined, so that the electronic control unit judges the cylinder deactivation condition of the power assembly, and stamping is performed in the suspension unit according to the judgment result of the electronic control unit; the rigidity of the suspension unit is adaptively changed according to different cylinder deactivation numbers, so that the vibration isolation effect is improved, the suspension unit and the power assembly can avoid the excitation frequency of the torque order, and the resonance phenomenon is reduced.

    本申请提供种动力总成气缸停缸用悬置系统,悬置系统包括与气缸数量相匹配的悬置单元,电子控制单元,与多个悬置单元分别连接的供气单元,供气单元向所悬置单元冲压,并根据冲压量的不同改变悬置单元的刚度。并通过:电子控制单元对气缸的运行工况进行判断,获得气缸的停缸信息;根据停缸信息的不同确定动力总成的主激励阶次;通过激励阶次的不同,确定隔振策略避开激励频率,减少共振现象的控制方法,使得电子控制单元对动力总成的停缸情况进行判断,并通过电子控制单元的判断结果来向悬置单元内冲压,使得悬置单元的刚度根据停缸数量的不同进行适应性的变化,来提高隔振效果,悬置单元和动力总成能够避开扭矩阶次的激励频率,减少共振现象的出现。
