The invention provides an automobile brake pressure control method which comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring a target pressure value Pexp output by automobile brake and a current brake chamber estimated pressure Pest, and calculating a pressure difference delta P between the target pressure value Pexp and the current brake chamber estimated pressure Pest; step 2, according to the delta P, judging the state that an execution part for pressure control needs to enter, wherein the states comprise a pressurization state, a pressure reduction state, a pressure maintaining state and the like; 3, a new target pressure value Pexp and an air chamber pressure estimation value Pest output by the pressure estimation model are obtained, the difference value of the two values is obtained, an updated pressure difference delta P is obtained, and whether the second step is executed circularly or not is judged according to the obtained delta P; fourthly, when delta P is smaller than or equal to a, the system enters a dynamic pressure maintaining state; 5, after dynamic pressure maintaining is finished, an actual pressure feedback value output by the pressure sensor is collected to carry out feedback correction on the pressure estimation value; and taking the corrected air chamber pressure prediction value as an initial pressure estimation value of the next control period. The control method solves the problems of low control precision, slow response speed and the like.

    本发明提供了一种汽车制动压力控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、获取车辆制动输出的目标压力值Pexp和当前制动气室估算压力Pest,计算出两者压差ΔP;步骤二、根据ΔP判断用于压力控制的执行部件所要进入的状态,状态有加压状态、减压状态、保压状态等;步骤三、获取新的目标压力值Pexp和由压力估计模型输出的气室压力估值Pest,两者求差值得到更新后的压差ΔP,根据获取的ΔP判断是否循环执行步骤二;步骤四,当ΔP≤a时,系统进入动态保压状态;步骤五,动态保压结束后,采集由压力传感器输出的实际压力反馈值对压力估算值进行反馈纠正;纠正后的气室压力预测值作为下一控制周期的初始压力估算值。该控制方法具有解决了控制精度低、响应速度慢等问题。
