The invention discloses a semi-submersible offshore multi-energy complementary energy station based on a fishery net cage, which comprises an anchoring system, the fishery net cage, a photovoltaic power generation system, a sea wave energy compressed air power generation system and an ocean current fan power generation and energy storage system, the anchoring system is connected with the first floating body through a first floating body connecting chain, and the photovoltaic power generation system is connected with the first floating body through a second floating body connecting chain and fixed to the upper surface of the net cage platform. The sea wave energy compressed air power generation system and the ocean current fan power generation and energy storage system are arranged on the two sides of the fishery net cage. According to the semi-submersible offshore multi-energy complementary energy station based on the fishery net cage, normal operation of the fishery net cage is met, and efficient endogenous circulation of offshore deep-sea green energy is achieved.
