The invention relates to an integrated hoisting method of a large-span steel structure batter post and cross beam mechanism, the steel structure batter post and cross beam mechanism comprises a batter post and a cross beam arranged at the top of the batter post, the integrated hoisting method comprises the following steps: S1, setting a first hoisting point on the batter post, and setting a second hoisting point on the cross beam; s2, a first hoisting steel wire rope is prepared, and the two ends of the first hoisting steel wire rope are wound around the two sides of the cross beam correspondingly and fixed to the first hoisting points of the inclined columns correspondingly; s3, a second hoisting steel wire rope is prepared, and the second hoisting steel wire rope is fixed to a second hoisting point of the cross beam; s4, a lifting hook of a lifting crane is connected with a first lifting ring of the first lifting steel wire rope and a second lifting ring of the second lifting steel wire rope, and then lifting is conducted; and S5, the inclined columns and the cross beams which are hoisted in place are connected to the corresponding main body structures correspondingly. On the premise that connecting pieces are not additionally arranged, integrated hoisting of the large-span steel structure inclined column cross beam mechanism can be effectively achieved.

    本发明涉及一种大跨度钢结构斜柱横梁机构的一体化吊装方法,所述钢结构斜柱横梁机构包含斜柱、以及装置于斜柱顶部的横梁,所述一体化吊装方法包括以下步骤:S1,在斜柱上设置第一吊点、在横梁上设置第二吊点;S2,准备第一吊装钢丝绳,第一吊装钢丝绳的两端部分别绕经所述横梁的两侧、并分别固定到所述斜柱的第一吊点上;S3,准备第二吊装钢丝绳,第二吊装钢丝绳固定到所述横梁的第二吊点上;S4,吊装用吊车的吊钩与第一吊装钢丝绳的第一吊装环、第二吊装钢丝绳的第二吊装环连接,尔后进行起吊;S5,将吊装到位的斜柱和横梁分别连接到相应的主体结构上。本发明能够在不增设连接件的前提下,有效实现大跨度钢结构斜柱横梁机构的一体化吊装。
