The power takeoff comprises a shell, a gear shifting shaft, a gear shifting fork and a power takeoff switch. Wherein the gear shifting shaft is arranged in the shell in a sliding manner; the gear shifting fork comprises two side arms, any side arm protrudes outwards to be provided with a contact, the contact is provided with a contact face, and a first included angle is formed between the contact face and the gear shifting direction. The side arm is connected with the gear shifting shaft; the power takeoff switch is arranged on the shell, and a second included angle is formed between an ejector rod of the power takeoff switch and the contact face. The contact is suitable for moving along with the gear shifting fork so that the ejector rod can make contact with or be separated from the contact face. The problems that in the prior art, a power takeoff switch can be abraded in the triggering process, and the scheme that a switch lifting pin is adopted for switching is multiple in processing procedure and high in cost can be solved, and the power takeoff switch has the advantages that sliding friction does not exist in the triggering process, the material selection requirement of the gear shifting shaft and the ejector rod is lowered, the surface processing procedure is omitted, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种取力器执行机构、取力器及车辆,涉及车辆动力装置技术领域。取力器包括壳体、换挡轴、换挡拨叉和取力器开关。其中,换挡轴可滑动地设于壳体内;换挡拨叉包括两个侧臂,任一侧臂向外凸出设有触点,触点具有接触面,接触面与换挡方向呈第一夹角设置;侧臂与换挡轴连接;取力器开关设于壳体上,取力器开关的顶杆与接触面呈第二夹角设置;触点适于随换挡拨叉移动,以使顶杆与接触面接触或分离。本发明能够解决现有技术中的取力器开关的在触发过程中会造成磨损,而采用开关顶销进行转接的方案处理工序多,成本高的问题,具有触发过程不存在滑动摩擦,降低了换挡轴和顶杆的选材要求,节省了表面处理工序,降低了成本的效果。
