The invention aims to improve the heat dissipation capability of the whole system through the linkage between a cooling oil loop and a cooling liquid loop, thereby improving the output capability of a motor. And meanwhile, the hysteresis of a temperature control method is reduced, and the reliability of the system is improved by utilizing a parallel control method.
