本发明属于航空飞行器水上迫降试验技术领域,提出一种基于等效腔体的漂浮特性试验模型。试验模型基于相邻区段的结合面进行分离式结构设计;模型内部结构主要包含高强防水隔框及桁条结构两个部分;腔体结构体积等效及渗漏源近似模拟方案以实机腔体结构和渗漏源分布区段为基准进行等效模拟。模型表面蒙皮材料采用抽真空式的复合材料铺层结构以实现结构体积管控;所述隔框、桁条结构及腔体结构体积等效模拟结构通过预留的接触卡槽固定、粘接;本发明为水上迫降漂浮特性试验模型的结构设计提供了新思路,能较好满足试验任务要求的机身结构强度和等效腔体设计要求,为水上迫降漂浮特性模型试验奠定了基础。
