The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, and particularly discloses an automobile carpet with an electromagnetic shielding function and a preparation method of the automobile carpet. The automobile carpet comprises a carpet surface layer, an EVA layer, a PE film, a conductive non-woven fabric and a PU foaming layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the PU foaming layer is located on one side of the conductive non-woven fabric and penetrates through a plurality of gaps of the conductive non-woven fabric to be bonded with the PE film, the conductive non-woven fabric is formed by bonding 3-15 dtex skin-core fibers through hot air, and the surfaces of the skin-core fibers are modified with metal conductive layers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stacking the carpet surface layer, the EVA layer, the PE film and the conductive non-woven fabric from top to bottom for hot press molding to obtain a semi-finished product; and injecting a polyurethane material into the foaming mold, and forming a PU foaming layer on the back surface of the semi-finished product. The conductive non-woven fabric is adopted in the automobile carpet, so that the automobile carpet is endowed with a good electromagnetic shielding effect, and people in an automobile and sensitive electronic equipment in the automobile can be prevented from being influenced by electromagnetic radiation.
本申请涉及汽车配件技术领域,具体公开一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的汽车地毯及其制备方法。汽车地毯包括按次序由上至下层叠的毯面层、EVA层、PE薄膜、导电无纺布和PU发泡层,PU发泡层位于导电无纺布的一侧且穿透其若干空隙而与PE薄膜相粘结,导电无纺布由3~15分特皮芯纤维经过热风粘合而成,皮芯纤维表面修饰有金属导电层。其制备方法为:将毯面层、EVA层、PE薄膜和导电无纺布自上而下叠放在一起进行热压成型,获得一半成品;将聚氨酯材料注入到发泡模具中,再在半成品背面形成PU发泡层即可。本申请在汽车地毯中采用导电无纺布,赋予汽车地毯良好的电磁屏蔽效果,可确车内人员以及车辆内的敏感电子设备免受电磁辐射的影响。
