The invention relates to a stable lifting structure and a feeding device for super high-rise building construction.The stable lifting structure comprises a base, two vertical plates fixedly installed on the base and a transverse plate fixed to the top ends of the two vertical plates, and further comprises a round roller movably arranged on the transverse plate; the round roller is connected with a translation mechanism installed on the transverse plate, the translation mechanism is connected with a power mechanism, the power mechanism is connected with a rotating shaft of the round roller, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the round roller, and the other end of the steel wire rope is pulled out of the round roller and bypasses a first guide wheel rotationally installed on the side portion of the transverse plate. One end, far away from the round roller, of the steel wire rope is provided with a hook used for hoisting the materials, the steel wire rope is uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the round roller, the phenomenon that the steel wire rope wound on the round roller is overlapped can be avoided, the materials rise at a constant speed, and the stability of hoisting the materials is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种稳定升降结构及用于超高层建筑施工的送料装置,所述稳定升降结构包括底座、固定安装在所述底座上的两个竖板以及固定在两个所述竖板顶端的横板,还包括圆辊,所述圆辊活动设置在所述横板上,所述圆辊与安装在所述横板上的平移机构连接,所述平移机构连接有动力机构,所述动力机构同所述圆辊的转动轴连接,钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的一端连接所述圆辊,另一端从所述圆辊上牵出并绕过转动安装在所述横板侧部的第一导向轮,且所述钢丝绳远离所述圆辊的一端设有用于吊起物料的挂钩,钢丝绳均匀地分摊至圆辊的外壁上,可避免缠绕在圆辊上的钢丝绳出现叠加现象,使物料匀速上升,从而大大提升了对物料起吊的稳定性。
