When anchor setting is needed, the support is stretched out, the camera can clearly record the hammer oscillation state of the anchor chain, whether anchor dragging occurs or not is judged through intelligent image analysis, whether someone climbs the anchor chain to get on the ship or not is judged, the labor intensity of sailors for anchor setting can be relieved, the alarm function is combined with other anchor setting alarm functions, and the safety of the anchoring state of the ship is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于图像识别的辅助值锚更系统,包括:可回转伸缩支架根据摄像机能够拍摄到锚链状态的位置角度设定长度,能够在使用时伸出于船舷外,在不使用时收藏到船舷内;稳定云台固定在可回转伸缩支架端部,其上安装有摄像机,在船的摇摆中能保持摄像机稳定;服务器及一体化终端安装有监控客户端软件、视频管理软件、视频应用软件、视频网关软件、图像智能解析软件,能够存储、处理、显示所拍摄的图像,控制摄像头视角。在需要值锚更时,将支架伸出,摄像机能够清晰记录锚链锤荡状态,通过图像智能解析判断是否走锚,判断是否有人攀爬锚链上船等情况,可减轻船员值锚更的劳动强度,与其他锚更警报功能相结合,确保船只锚泊状态的安全。
