The invention discloses a maglev vehicle and a suspension sensor thereof, the suspension sensor comprises a main shell, gap measuring probes are arranged in the main shell, and the gap measuring probes are distributed in the main shell at intervals along a first direction and are used for detecting suspension gaps of a suspension electromagnet at different positions along the first direction; and the distance between any two adjacent gap measuring probes is greater than the maximum seam size of the track. According to the suspension sensor, at most one gap measuring probe is close to the rail seam or is located below the rail seam to be influenced, the other gap measuring probes can accurately detect the gap value, and the suspension stability is not influenced, so that the width of the track seam can be adapted to be more than 60mm, the tolerance of a suspension system to track errors is improved, and the reliability of the suspension system is improved. The circuit cost can be greatly reduced, the applicability of a maglev traffic system is improved, meanwhile, the problem of mutual interference between probes can be solved, interference between gap probes of the suspension sensor can be effectively avoided, and engineering application of the suspension sensor is facilitated.

    本申请公开了一种磁浮车辆及其悬浮传感器,悬浮传感器包括主壳体,主壳体内设有间隙测量探头,间隙测量探头沿第一方向间隔分布于主壳体内,用以检测悬浮电磁铁沿第一方向上不同位置的悬浮间隙,任意两个相邻的间隙测量探头的间距大于轨道最大接缝尺寸。上述悬浮传感器最多只有1路间隙测量探头接近轨缝或处于轨缝下方而受到影响,其余间隙测量探头均能准确检测出间隙值,不会对悬浮稳定性产生影响,从而可以适应轨道接缝的宽度可达60mm以上,提高悬浮系统对轨道误差的容忍度,可大幅降低线路成本,提升磁浮交通系统的适用性,同时可以解决探头间相互干扰的问题,可有效避免悬浮传感器间隙探头间的干扰,有利于悬浮传感器的工程化应用。
