The invention discloses a plume protection device for a spacecraft, the plume protection device comprises a protection wall body and a thermal control multilayer, the protection wall body is arranged between equipment of the spacecraft and a plume nozzle of an engine, and the protection wall body is used for supporting the thermal control multilayer; the thermal control multilayer is laid on the surface of the protective wall body and used for isolating high-temperature plume particles from spacecraft equipment. The protective wall body of the frame structure is made of the aluminum alloy material, the multiple open holes are formed in the protective wall body to reduce the mass of the device, and the detachable protective layer is arranged on the protective wall body to reduce the weight of the device operated by astronauts on orbit. According to the plume protection device for the spacecraft, the rigidity and strength requirements of the device are met, meanwhile, the weight of the device is greatly reduced, the difficulty for astronauts to assemble and disassemble the device in an on-orbit mode is reduced, operation is more convenient and safer, and the plume protection device has good application prospects.

    本发明公开了一种用于航天器的羽流防护装置,所述羽流防护装置包含防护墙体和热控多层,所述防护墙体设置在航天器的设备与发动机的羽流喷口之间,用于支撑热控多层;所述热控多层铺设在防护墙体的表面,用于将高温羽流粒子与航天器设备隔离。本发明通过采用铝合金材料制备框架结构的防护墙体以及在所述防护墙体上开设若干开孔来减轻装置的质量,通过为防护墙体设置可装卸的防护层来减轻航天员在轨操作的装置的重量。本发明提供的用于航天器的羽流防护装置,在满足了装置的刚度、强度要求的同时极大地减轻了装置的重量,降低了航天员在轨装卸该装置难度,操作更加方便、安全,具有良好的应用前景。
