The invention relates to the technical field of universal joint shaft tools, in particular to a universal joint shaft sliding block replacement tool which comprises a transverse plate, a sliding block, a sliding block, a sliding block and a sliding block.     本发明涉及万向节轴工装技术领域,特别是涉及一种万向节轴滑块更换工装,包括:横板,所述横板上设置有吊装孔与两个安装孔;两个定位板,沿所述横板长度方向的中垂线对称设置于所述横板上,用于对滑块的水平方向进行定位;两个固定件,对应设置于两个所述安装孔内,用于连接所述滑块与所述横板;吊装件,设置于所述吊装孔内,用于吊装所述横板。安装滑块时,通过吊装件将横板吊起,定位板与滑块的侧面相抵以对滑块的水平方向进行定位。再通过固定件将滑块与横板固定,即可完成滑块的安装。拆卸滑块时,通过拆卸固定件,即可完成滑块的拆卸工作。本方案结构简单、易操作,能够大幅提高万向节轴滑块的更换效率,并提高操作安全性。
