The invention discloses a transmission case assembly and a tractor. The transmission case assembly comprises an input shaft and bevel gear shafts arranged below the input shaft in parallel. The input shaft is sleeved with a first gear set, the front end of the input shaft is used for being connected with an external engine, and the rear end of the input shaft is connected with a power output mechanism used for outputting power to an external device. The bevel gear shaft is sleeved with a second gear set, the front end of the bevel gear shaft is fixed to the box shell, a driving bevel gear is formed at the rear end of the bevel gear shaft, and the driving bevel gear is meshed with a central driven bevel gear used for driving an external rear driving shaft. The transmission ratio of the input shaft to the driving bevel gear is changed by changing the meshing relation between the first gear set and the second gear set. The bevel gear shaft not only can transmit torque to the central driven bevel gear meshed with the bevel gear shaft, but also serves as a gear shaft for fixing the second gear set, and therefore layout can be optimized. And the central driven bevel gear is matched with an external rear driving shaft to transmit the torque to a rear axle mechanism of an external tractor, so that rear drive can be realized.
