The invention belongs to the field of spatio-temporal data prediction, and particularly relates to a traffic flow prediction method based on a spatio-temporal attention network, which comprises the following steps: collecting real-time traffic flow data, and preprocessing the real-time traffic flow data; inputting the preprocessed real-time traffic flow data into a space-time attention network model to extract time features and space features of the real-time traffic flow data; the time features and the space features are spliced and input into a space-time attention module, the time features and the space features are fused in a self-adaptive mode, and the space-time features are output; and generating predicted traffic flow data from the space-time features output by the space-time attention network through a full connection layer. According to the method, the gradient disappearance problem and the network degeneration problem of network depth increase possibly encountered by processing a long-time sequence are relieved by using the time convolutional network with residual connection; by combining a graph attention mechanism with node2vec, spatial correlation can be modeled more effectively, spatial features can be learned adaptively, and the traffic flow prediction accuracy is improved.
本发明属于时空数据预测领域,具体涉及一种基于时空注意力网络的交通流预测方法,包括:采集实时交通流数据,对实时交通流数据进行预处理;将预处理后的实时交通流数据输入到时空注意力网络模型提取实时交通流数据的时间特征、空间特征;将时间特征和空间特征拼接并输入时空注意力模块,自适应的融合时间特征和空间特征,输出时空特征;将时空注意力网络输出的时空特征通过全连接层生成预测的交通流数据。本发明通过使用附有残差连接的时间卷积网络缓解了处理长时间序列可能遇到的梯度消失问题和网络深度增加的网络退化问题;通过图注意力机制结合node2vec能够更有效的建模空间相关性并自适应地学习空间特征,提高了交通流预测精确度。
