The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant and tear-resistant cable for a charging pile and a preparation process of the high-temperature-resistant and tear-resistant cable. The high-temperature-resistant and tear-resistant cable comprises a glass fiber rope, a battery core inner layer arranged outside the glass fiber rope and a protective outer layer arranged outside the battery core inner layer, the protective outer layer comprises a sheath layer arranged outside the cell inner layer, a tear-resistant layer is arranged outside the sheath layer, and a high-temperature-resistant layer is arranged outside the tear-resistant layer; and the battery core inner layer comprises a plurality of cable cores wound outside the glass fiber rope, and heat insulation powder filled between the sheath layer and the cable cores. Through cooperation of the sheath layer, the anti-tear layer, the high-temperature-resistant layer and the heat insulation powder, anti-tear and heat insulation functions are provided for the cable core.
