The method comprises the following steps: inputting the number of protection objects, the orbit distribution position, the protection distance and the number of patrol satellites in the high-orbit satellite area protection; determining a radius range and a phase range of a protection area orbit according to the guard distance, the orbit distribution position and the number of the protection objects, and then calculating the transfer time and the speed increment of west descending and east ascending of the patrol satellite; calculating the transfer time of the east floating and west floating processes of the patrol satellite; calculating the inspection cycle of the high-orbit satellite area protection single-ring inspection configuration, calculating the fuel consumption of each inspection satellite in the high-orbit satellite area protection single-ring inspection configuration, and completing the high-orbit satellite area protection single-ring inspection configuration in combination with the number of the inspection satellites and the phase range of the protection area orbit. The invention provides a rapid, efficient and fuel-saving single-ring inspection configuration design method for high-rail area protection.
