The invention discloses a 7075 aluminum alloy additive manufacturing structural part and a manufacturing method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy. The 7075 aluminum alloy additive manufacturing structural part is obtained by depositing a 7075 aluminum alloy raw material on a substrate in a laser melting deposition mode, and the 7075 aluminum alloy raw material comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 4 to 7 percent of Zn, 1.5 to 3 percent of Mg, 1 to 2.5 percent of Cu, 0.35 to 0.5 percent of Fe, 0.03 to 0.07 percent of Si, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of Cr and the balance of Al. The structural part is relatively flat in surface appearance and relatively small in surface roughness profile, has certain hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and ductility and relatively low friction coefficient, and can be used as a structural part in aerospace, traffic transportation, automobile manufacturing, military equipment or tool clamps.

    本发明公开了一种7075铝合金增材制造结构件及其制作方法与应用,属于铝合金技术领域。该7075铝合金增材制造结构件由7075铝合金原料以激光熔化沉积的方式沉积于基板而得,7075铝合金原料的化学成分包括4‑7wt%的Zn、1.5‑3wt%的Mg、1‑2.5wt%的Cu、0.35‑0.5wt%的Fe、0.03‑0.07wt%的Si以及0.1‑0.3wt%的Cr,余量为Al。该结构件表面形貌较为平整,表面粗糙度轮廓较小,并具有一定的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率以及较低的摩擦系数,可用作航空航天、交通运输、汽车制造、军事装备或工装夹具中的结构件。
