The invention discloses a battery replacement method and device, a computer readable storage medium and a cloud server. The method is applied to a cloud server, and comprises the following steps: in response to a battery pack locking instruction, determining information of the battery pack locking instruction; when it is determined that the battery pack locking instruction is a reserved battery replacement instruction according to the information, the reserved battery replacement instruction is sent to a target battery replacement station, and the reserved battery replacement instruction is used for indicating the target battery replacement station to lock a first target battery pack; when it is determined that the battery pack locking instruction is a vehicle off-network instruction according to the information, a target battery pack position corresponding to the vehicle off-network instruction is determined, the vehicle off-network instruction is sent to a corresponding battery swap station according to the target battery pack position, and the vehicle off-network instruction is used for indicating the corresponding battery swap station to lock a second target battery pack. The method ensures that the user has available battery packs when reaching the battery swap station, and can return the primary battery packs to the battery swap vehicle when leaving the network, so that the battery swap experience of the user is improved.

    本发明公开了一种换电方法、装置、计算机可读存储介质和云端服务器。其中,方法应用于云端服务器,包括:响应于电池包锁定指令,确定电池包锁定指令的信息;在根据信息确定电池包锁定指令为预约换电指令时,将预约换电指令发送给目标换电站,其中,预约换电指令用于指示目标换电站对第一目标电池包进行锁定;在根据信息确定电池包锁定指令为车辆退网指令时,确定车辆退网指令对应的目标电池包位置,并根据目标电池包位置将车辆退网指令发送给相应的换电站,其中,车辆退网指令用于指示相应的换电站对第二目标电池包进行锁定。该方法保证用户在达到换电站时有可用的电池包,并且退网时能够归还给换电车辆原电池包,提高用户的换电体验。
