The invention provides a rearview mirror structure which can suppress vibration of a mirror when a vehicle travels, can improve visibility when the mirror is seen from a cabin, can reduce the width of the vehicle when the mirror is stored, can improve aesthetics, and can prevent the mirror from making contact with an object outside the vehicle. The mirror base (12) is provided with a front end part (12b) which is fixed on the rearview mirror main body part (11) and a base end part (12a) which is far away from the front end part (12b); and the rotating fulcrum shaft (24) is connected with the base end part (12a) and supports the rearview mirror main body part (11) and the mirror base (12) so that the rearview mirror main body part (11) and the mirror base (12) can freely rotate between a mirror using position and a storage position. And an electric rotating unit (13) for rotating the mirror main body (11) and the mirror base (12) around the axis of the rotating fulcrum shaft (24) so as to move the mirror main body (11) and the mirror base (12) between a mirror using position and a storage position. The electric rotating unit (13) is disposed on the side door. The pivot shaft (24) is disposed so as to be inclined toward the front of the vehicle as the pivot shaft extends upward.
