The steering restraining mechanism is installed on a steering transverse pull rod of the front axle assembly and comprises a mechanism body, an air cylinder and a V-wedge-shaped sliding block, the steering transverse pull rod is sleeved with the mechanism body, and a conical boss is coaxially arranged on the steering transverse pull rod. The air cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the mechanism body, a piston rod of the air cylinder is connected with a push plate, a plurality of guide rods are arranged on the push plate, the guide rods extend into the mechanism body and are connected with the V-wedge-shaped sliding block, a V-shaped clamping groove is formed in the side, facing the conical boss, of the V-wedge-shaped sliding block, and the V-shaped clamping groove is matched with the conical boss. Under the condition that the truck runs at a high speed and decelerates suddenly, it can be automatically ensured that the steering wheels of the truck do not deviate, serious accidents such as sideslip, overturning and collision are avoided, the operation difficulty of a driver can be lowered, the control requirement of a high-level automatic driving system is met, and the driving safety is improved.
