The battery interface is used for being connected with an external battery replacement battery, and the external battery replacement battery supplies power to the whole vehicle power distribution unit through the first battery replacement circuit; and the whole vehicle power distribution unit is used for supplying power to vehicle parts. According to the optimization device for vehicle power supply and battery charging, the problem that due to the fact that the high-voltage power distribution modes in the battery changing box are inconsistent, the battery changing box needs to be managed in a differentiated mode and stored in a partitioned mode in a battery changing station is solved, the structure of a battery changing battery system is optimized, the function of undifferentiated battery changing is achieved, and the cost of the battery changing battery system is reduced.
