The invention relates to the technical field of thrust distribution of a dynamic positioning system, in particular to a thrust attenuation processing method of a full-revolving propeller for ship thrust distribution, which comprises the following steps of: setting a plurality of detection azimuth angles for each full-revolving propeller, acquiring corresponding thrust attenuation coefficients, and establishing a thrust attenuation model; and then a thrust distribution optimization model is established according to the longitudinal force, the transverse force and the heading moment actually generated by all the full-revolving propellers, and therefore control instructions of all the full-revolving propellers are obtained through solving. According to the method, after relatively accurate thrust loss data is obtained through a real ship test, the thrust attenuation model and the thrust distribution optimization model are established, so that thrust errors caused by thrust loss of the full-revolving propeller can be effectively reduced, and a worker can conveniently carry out dynamic positioning on a ship.
