The invention provides a thermal management method for a vehicle power battery. The thermal management method comprises the following steps: acquiring position, time, power battery voltage, current and temperature data of a vehicle in a driving process in real time and uploading the data to a cloud end; dynamic data uploaded by the vehicle is subjected to data cleaning, variable values exceeding a reasonable range are removed, battery thermal management parameters are obtained, and a battery temperature prediction model is established. And establishing a cooling starting temperature prediction model. Utilizing the battery temperature prediction model to predict a battery temperature change curve according to the current battery temperature and the current vehicle route; and inputting the battery temperature change curve into the cooling starting temperature prediction model, and obtaining the cooling starting temperature and starting time of the target stroke with the goal that the battery temperature reaches a safety threshold value at the end of the stroke. The battery temperature reaches the safety threshold when the travel is finished, and it is guaranteed that the highest temperature of the power battery is lower than or equal to the safety threshold when the driving cycle of the vehicle is finished.

    本发明提供一种车辆动力电池热管理方法,包括:实时采集车辆在行驶过程的位置、时间、动力电池电压、电流、温度数据并上传至云端。对车辆上传的动态数据进行数据清洗,去掉超过合理范围的变量值,获取电池热管理参数,建立电池温度预测模型。建立冷却开启温度预测模型。利用电池温度预测模型,根据电池当前温度、车辆当前路线预测电池温度变化曲线;将电池温度变化曲线输入冷却开启温度预测模型,以行程结束时电池温度达到安全阈值为目标,得到本次目标行程的冷却开启温度和开启时刻。行程结束时电池温度达到安全阈值,保证车辆在本次驾驶循环结束时,动力电池温度最高温度低于或等于安全阈值。
