The dual-redundancy structure of the electronic parking brake comprises a lead screw nut, a transmission lead screw is movably arranged in the middle of the inner side of the lead screw nut in a screwed mode through threads, a connecting pull rod is arranged at one end of the transmission lead screw, and a redundancy traditional sleeve is arranged on one side of the surface of the lead screw nut; a redundant transmission mechanism used for standby braking power transmission is arranged between the redundant traditional sleeve and the transmission lead screw, a first power mechanism used for a parking brake is arranged on one side of the upper end of the lead screw nut, and a second power mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the redundant traditional sleeve. The electronic parking brake device is good in using effect, power transmission can be rapidly switched to guarantee normal operation of electronic parking brake force through the redundant transmission mechanism and the second power mechanism when the first power mechanism is damaged or breaks down, a brake rope can be normally tensioned, and the service life of the electronic parking brake device is prolonged. Meanwhile, the two sets of power mechanisms share one set of transmission lead screw and brake rope, and the structure is highly integrated and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种电子驻车制动器的双冗余结构,包括丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母内侧中部通过螺纹活动旋合设置有传动丝杆,所述传动丝杆一端设置有连接拉杆,所述丝杆螺母表面一侧设置有冗余传统套筒,所述冗余传统套筒与传动丝杆之间设置有用于备用制动动力传输的冗余传动机构,所述丝杆螺母上端一侧设置有用于驻车制动器的第一动力机构,所述冗余传统套筒上端设置有第二动力机构。本发明使用效果好,通过冗余传动机构以及第二动力机构可以在第一动力机构损坏或者故障时,快速切换动力传输保证电子驻车制动力的正常运行,使得制动刹车绳可以正常被拉紧,同时装置两套动力机构共用一套传动丝杆和制动刹车绳,结构高度集成并且结构可靠。
