The invention provides a track load monitoring base plate device, a track load monitoring system and a calibration method thereof, the track load monitoring base plate device is installed below a ballast bed plate of a ballastless track and comprises a plurality of piezoelectric sensors, and the load of the track can be monitored through the piezoelectric sensors directly integrated in a track structure. The piezoelectric sensor has the advantages of being high in sensitivity, high in signal-to-noise ratio, reliable in work, simple in structure and the like, and high-quality signals can be measured. Furthermore, the sensor fixing plate is mounted between the upper cover plate and the base plate, and the piezoelectric sensor and the load transmission column are mounted in a sensor mounting groove of the sensor fixing plate, so that the piezoelectric sensor is fixed and limited in such a manner, and the situations of displacement, falling off and the like of the piezoelectric sensor caused by vibration of a track during running of a train can be avoided; therefore, the monitoring effect in the train operation process is ensured. Through the calibration method provided by the invention, the piezoelectric sensor can detect signals with better quality and higher precision in a target load range.
本发明提供一种轨道载荷监测垫板装置、系统及其校准方法,轨道载荷监测垫板装置安装在无砟轨道的道床板下,包含有若干个压电传感器,能通过直接集成在轨道结构中的压电传感器来监测轨道的载荷。压电传感器具有灵敏度高、信噪比高、工作可靠、结构简单等多种优点,可测得高质量的信号。进一步,由于传感器固定板安装在上盖板和底座板之间,压电传感器及载荷传递柱安装在传感器固定板的传感器安装槽内,通过这样的方式对压电传感器进行固定限位,能够避免列车运行时因轨道振动而造成压电传感器位移、脱落等情况,从而保证列车运行过程中的监测效果。通过本发明的校准方法,使压电传感器在目标载荷范围内能检测得到质量更好、精度更高的信号。
