The invention relates to a lithium battery pack state data acquisition method and device and a battery pack. The lithium battery pack state data acquisition method comprises the following steps: acquiring a battery operation state binary data signal in a lithium battery pack acquired by a data acquisition module and a carrier signal generated by a carrier oscillation generation circuit; inputting the battery operation state binary data signal and the carrier signal into a modulation-demodulation circuit at a battery end for modulation to obtain a modulated carrier signal; transmitting the modulated carrier signal to a modulation-demodulation circuit at a host end through a power path for supplying power to the lithium battery pack; and a modulation-demodulation circuit at the host end demodulates the modulated carrier signal to obtain a battery operation state binary data signal. The lithium battery pack state data acquisition method can reduce the lithium battery operation data acquisition cost.
