The invention relates to a low-flash-point fuel double-wall pipe closed ventilation system which comprises an airflow pipe and a double-wall pipe, the two ends of the airflow pipe are communicated with the two ends of the outer space (the space between an inner pipe and an outer pipe) of the double-wall pipe respectively, the airflow pipe and the double-wall pipe integrally form a closed pipeline, and negative-pressure isolation gas circulates in the closed pipeline in a circulating mode; the airflow pipe is provided with a main fan, a three-way conversion unit and an air inlet connector, two channels of the three-way conversion unit are connected into the airflow pipe, the other channel of the three-way conversion unit is connected with a vacuum ejector, and the air inlet connector is connected with an air inlet pipeline with an air inlet valve. Compared with the prior art, the draught fan is arranged to conduct closed air draft circulation on the outer space in the double-wall pipe, the negative pressure state is maintained, it is ensured that once the inner pipe is damaged and leaks, fuel gas can be detected and exhausted at the highest speed, meanwhile, damage to the outer pipe of the double-wall pipe can be detected, and the safety of the double-wall pipe is improved. The device has the advantages of saving energy, prolonging the service life of pipelines and components, improving the heat preservation performance and the like.

    本发明涉及一种低闪点燃料双壁管闭式通风系统,包括气流管和双壁管,气流管的两端分别连通双壁管的外层空间(内管和外管之间的空间)的两端,气流管和双壁管整体形成封闭的管道,该封闭的管道内循环流通有负压的隔离气体;气流管上设有主风机、三通转换单元和进气接口,三通转换单元的两个通道接入气流管内,另一个通道连接有真空喷射器,进气接口连接带有进气阀门的进气管道。与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置风机对双壁管内的外层空间进行闭式抽风循环,并维持负压状态,确保了燃气一旦内管破损泄漏,能以最快的速度检测和排出,同时也能检测双壁管外管破损,具有节能、延长管道及元器件使用寿命、提高保温性等优点。
