And a subsequent short-time traffic signal state is predicted and deduced in a self-adaptive manner through a machine learning method. According to the method, different prediction and inference processes are respectively given for a single intersection independent control mode and a multi-intersection cooperative control mode, and the method is applicable to various scenes. And a reliable short-time traffic signal state data basis is provided for planning and decision-making of an intelligent network connection vehicle group.
